It is very important to plant seeds in (or around/near) your base so that there is a constant supply of food. Seeds that were planted will eventually grow up, you can hit them once and it will drop 3 of the correspondent fruit, then it will reset, and start growing again. However, plants will disappear after a while.
You can obtain seeds in 3 ways:
- When at a bush with oranges or tomatoes, there is a slight chance of the bush dropping a seed of the plant that the bush is growing when harvesting it.
- The simpler method is to have 4 oranges or tomatoes, go to a campfire or firepit, and simply craft the seeds, however this obviously takes time.
- The last method, is to find them in abandoned houses and city.
