The Metal Helmet is a Mid Game item that can only provide basic melee weapon damage, this is a Tier 1 Item. Being the weakest form of melee damage, it cannot protect you from a lot of things, although it is great for battling Ghouls! This item can be upgraded into a Wielding Helmet, which gives you Tier 2 melee protection, this can further be upgraded into a Gladiator Helmet, which cancels out most damage from melee weapons with >30 Damage. You can craft this item in a standard Workbench, it requires 3 Shaped Metal + 3 Animal Tendon + 3 Leather + 80 Nails.

- Normal ghoul in night deal to you 15 hit = Total 300 damage. In 16 hit you will die
- You will die with 12 swing of metal axe = Total 312 damage (255/12=21,25 damage per wing)
