Summary[]
Armored ghouls are the most powerful ghouls. They have high health and can kill you at night in 6 hits. Don't underestimate him. It is possible to kill an armored ghoul at day with a metal axe if you keep your distance, but a Sniper, Laser Submachine, AK47, Laser Pistol or Laser Sniper are the best weapons against it. They will attack you after 5 ingame days (1 hour 20 minutes) or if you hit them. On death they drop 1 Alloys and 3 Shaped Metal.
At night, The armored ghoul does 50 damage per hit, and 20 per hit at day. It has 800 health.
Tips against the Armored Ghoul[]
- Try to avoid them altogether, because they are very difficult to kill before they kill you.
- Try not to use a 9mm or MP5, as you will waste a lot of ammo while doing little damage to it.
- Do not try and melee attack a armored ghoul at night, you will die.
- At night, you can go to an abandoned house to avoid them.
- Armored Ghouls are extremely slow, so it is extremely easy to outrun them wether it is night or day.
- If you want to kill them at day for XP or alloy/shaped metal, wait until 3/4 of the day has passed, then try to kill them with a spear. This is not very recommended (unless you know what to do next) because they will attack you at night if you do so.
- If you want to go to a place but it is blocked by some Armored Ghouls,try wearing a Gladitor Helemet,as it will reduce the damage they pack to you.
Tips as the Armored Ghoul (Ghoul Mode)[]
- You are the most valuable ghoul in ghoul mode. Do not die.
- You can break barrels and even radioactive barrels without dying,so it is always a good idea to do so to open up a hole in a player's house.
- You can hide inside the Irradiated City or next to a Uranium Ore to avoid players from killing you easily at day.
- Armored Ghoul and Radioactive Ghoul is a dangerous combo. The armored ghoul can quickly break bases, while the radioactive ghoul will make repairing extremely difficult.
